Pre-Cooling systems keep the milk cool and prevent it from going sour during slow warm times or at night. This can help to save time by not having to clean the machine every night. BUT, don't even try to cheat on time, if the milk goes off - you loose.

All our soft serve ice cream machines come packed in wooden boxed crates and with polystyrene inner protectors for a very sturdy hold and safe transportation. All our other machines come packed in carton boxes with polystyrene inner protectors

Danfoss - Denmark: Thermostatic expansion valves for refrigeration and air-conditioning are available either as complete valves with fixed or replaceable orifice, or from a parts program, as separate valve body and orifice.
